IMAGING IS OUR PROFESSION
The Idaho Society of Radiologic Technologists (ISRT) is a membership society for all professionals in Medical Imaging. We, as an affiliate of the American Society of Radiological Technologists (ASRT), work as advocates, together with others to promote quality patient care in the State of Idaho. We serve the needs of our members by providing educational opportunities and the means of networking and communicating information. An annual conference is held each year and members have an opportunity to share common goals and enhance their education. We are committed to our profession, the ethical values we embrace, and the continued professional development needed to uphold the quality of service we provide.

The Idaho Society of Radiologic Technologists is committed to the continuing education of its members to promote quality patient care; and to the support of the professional status of medical imaging technologists.

ENCOURAGING PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
The Idaho Society of Radiologic Technologists is a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging professional growth. The purpose of this Society is to professionally enhance the professions of radiology and the imaging specialties; to maintain high standards of education, to improve the quality of patient care, and to develop the socioeconomic standing of Technologists in the State of Idaho.
The Idaho Society of Radiologic Technologists was organized in 1941 to serve Technologists throughout the State of Idaho. ISRT has an annual conference and provides a publication entitled “Scattered Radiation“. Membership is open to Registered Technologists, Student Technologists, and retired or inactive members. The organization has expanded into providing educational opportunities for all professionally related imaging modalities, including:

- Cardiovascular Technologists
- Computed Tomography Technologists
- Magnetic Resonance Technologists
- Mammographers
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Quality Management Technologists
